If delivery is to an area outside of UK mainland then please email or call us for an immediate cost for shipping.

If you are not happy with your toys in any way then just contact us and we will give you a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

All toys are sent out by dedicated carrier

Packaging: to ensure all toys get to you in perfect condition we carefully wrap each individual component in cell-air foam, box and place within a tough cardboard shipping carton.

Delivery: within 7 days of order - we will advise if we are short on stock

How to order: We have authorised distributors in seventeen counties throughout the Uk, these include Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Avon, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, Norfolk, Surrey, & Kent. If you are ordering from one of these then please email us and you will receive a listing of your nearest stockists and their stock availability. If you are ordering from an area not covered by our authorised dealers then our direct mail order service is available from this website. Tractor card sales are unaffected.
